【🇨🇳中国出口至🇵🇭菲律宾货物需要注意事项】


贸易商和合作伙伴们请配合，


CAO-15-2020（逾期提交电子舱单的新罚款）


如不遵守，将受到以下处罚：
第一次违反——100,000.00菲律宾比索（2000美元）
第二次违反——200,000.00菲律宾比索（4000美元）
第三次违反——300,000.00菲律宾比索（6000美元）


请提醒供应商，以下是对运往菲律宾进口港的货物的强制性规定：
根据第02-2019号海关行政命令的要求，
所有运往Philippines的进口货物/产品都必须有“标识”
如下——原产国/装运港/目的国/目的港/收货人的名称和地址。


因此，作为货代/经纪人，我们不会因未能在您的货物上贴上适当的标记而承担任何可能招致的罚款(应课税价值的5%)。

CAO-15-2020 (New Fines for Late Submission of e-Manifest)


Failure to comply will be subjected to below penalties:
First offense - PHP 100,000.00 (USD 2,000)
Second Offense - PHP 200,000.00 (USD 4,000)
Third Offense - PHP 300,000.00 (USD 6,000)


Please remind Suppliers that below is a mandatory regulation to cargoes bound to Philippine Ports of entry:
As mandated by Customs Administrative Order (CAO) No. 02-2019, 
all imported goods/products bound to Philippines are required to have “MARKINGS”
as follows – Country of Origin / Port of Loading / Country of Destination / Port of Destination / Consignee’s Name and Address. 


thus we, as forwarder/broker will not be held liable to any penalties that may incur (5% of the Dutiable Value) for failure to attach proper markings in your cargoes.
